IN OFFICE SESSIONS

TELEHEALTH ONLINE
Lucid Counseling And Wellness a primary telehealth practice. Telehealth goes by many names, including e-therapy, virtual therapy etc.... Essentially, in being a telehealth practice, all services are conducted via HIPAA compliant platform, similar to most are familiar with in Skype or FaceTime.
The choice to provide telehealth was chosen as clients report barriers when coming into appointments face to face therapy, such as: transportation, accessibility, convenience, weather, work/life balance, and/or discomfort. Through offering an tele-health platform for therapy, many (if not all) of those barriers are eliminated or significantly reduced.
ONLINE/VIDEO THERAPY
Individual: $70 per 45-50 minute session
Couples: $130 per 45-50 minute session
Similar to talking with a colleague through Skype or FaceTime; however, sessions are conducted through a fully secure, HIPAA compliant video platform, Sessions are "face to face" during a scheduled time. The entire 45-50 minute block of time is dedicated to you, the client, for real-time communication.
GROUP/WORKSHOP THERAPY
Individual Cost: $25.00 per 50 minute session
Think of group therapy without leaving the comfort of your home. All group sessions must have a minimum of three individuals signed up to be conducted and are solution focused in nature.
TELEPHONE/TEXT/CHAT THERAPY
$70 per 45-50 minute session
Sessions are conducted via a US based telephone number through talking, texting, or in a chat based environment. The entire 50 minute block of time is dedicated to you, the client, for real-time communication.
MESSAGE/EMAIL BASED THERAPY
$70 per week (established clients only)
Similar to TalkSpace or BetterHelp; however, sessions are conducted via a US based telephone number texting or through email over the course of a week. Once a client is established, clients may transition to message/email based therapy and/or a combination with video therapy. Responses may not be immediate as a dedicated block of time is not required for this service.
* Subpoena $250 per day

Some clients may be considered for a sliding fee scale pending a conversation with your counselor.
